Following a UK corporate relocation from Central London to Berkshire, a period of finance team instability led to a number of individuals leaving the business. Harcourt Matthews was engaged to recruit an experienced divisional Financial Controller with expertise in the property fund management sector, to drive process and efficiency changes within the UK division and manage a newly formed team. Additionally, we were asked to support the recruitment of other newly created & existing roles for recently qualified accountants to support the FD in several key cross-functional projects & accounting activities, following the recruitment of the Financial Controller
