Mezzo Movies is a Rolls Royce backed start-up SME providing in-flight entertainment services to the airline sector. The CFO had a long-standing relationship with Harcourt Matthews as a client and candidate, from his time at Tesco.com, Regus and First Quench (Thresher). He left First Quench to set up Mezzo Movies with two other Directors during which time Harcourt Matthews maintained strong interest, communication and support.

The company grew rapidly and were in phase two of their development and has secured contracts with several international airlines they employed Harcourt Matthews Recruitment Co-Sourcing Solutions to integrate a virtual HR recruitment team, to source several people for their operational management team including:
