An internal review of the Commercial Finance and Transactions Shared Services communities identified the need to leverage higher calibre and quality of operationally focused finance specialists and senior clerical accounting support staff that reflected the redesigned business. Key objectives included:- Replacement of those individuals leaving the organisation
Internal reviews of existing and new business identified the need to leverage higher calibre and quality staff for head office and commercial projects. The Group MD and the CFO sought to make step changes in the level and capability of the team and at the same time reduce the number of temporary staff within the whole business community in Harlow and the rest of the UK.
Several key objectives were highlighted, including:- Development & replenishment of the existing teams and the increase in depth of capability & calibre of individuals within the businesses, which have under gone rapid growth and business transformation
