Stats Perform LLC is a complete sports data and analytics company. The company uses both manual data collection techniques by staff attending live games or watching live video feeds and also increasingly involved in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Its clients include media outlets, sports leagues and teams, fantasy sports and sports betting services across the world.

Stats Perform was created following the acquisition of the UK based Perform Content (previously part of DAZN Group) by private equity-backed Stats Group in the US. DAZN group was previously in the Sunday Times TechTrak and underwent an IPO in 2011 becoming a FTSE 250 before being taken private again in 2014.

Situation & Objective
Harcourt Matthews is a Global Recruitment Business Partner and preferred supplier to their UK and International operations

Due to rapid expansion and business transformation, moving from a private company to a listed FTSE 250 group and then back into private ownership, the finance function was restructured to drive improved business partnering & analytical support to business operations, requiring several part-qualified and recently qualified accountants, candidates of high calibre to undertake mixed management accounting & financial analytical roles. Additionally, the various growth strategies have led to a significant joint venture opportunity, consequently international recruitment across functions and skills lines.
