Situation & Objective
Harcourt Matthews is a Recruitment Business Partner to their UK Finance and Business Operations communities recruiting and delivering Executive, Management and Operations level talent into their organisation
The firm sought to bring onboard two recruitment business partners to lead on recruitment activities and support business growth and engage in BAU growth specifically in the London HQ

In Executive Level Finance Strategy & Transformation
We have provided a recruitment advisory service aiding in the definition of needs in the short, medium and long term, which initially involved identifying the Executive (SMT) team goals for the 3-5 year future of the organisation and their strengths and the risks & opportunities, which led to a need for a strong strategically focused FD who would become a part-time Non-Executive Director, this role would lead the SMT into finance transformation programme delivering new skills & capabilities in the finance team, establishing new finance systems, in-housing key accounting transactions, outsourcing payroll eventually evolve better MI/BI and reporting to the SMT on business performance.
