Ongoing expansion has created a new opportunity for an experienced Strategic Applications Analyst.
Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Applications Analyst
- To maintain and support the execution of existing “BAU” tasks across the core tools for workflow application and automation. Including:
- Data loading
- Data tracking and audit trail
- Management of data templates
- Generation of client reporting and data dashboards
- Trouble-shooting user issues
- Managing user access and maintaining data security
- Archiving workflows
- Support the Strategic Applications Managers with design, build and deployment of new technical workflows including:
- Configuration documentation
- Collaborating with team members to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget.
- Supporting UAT
- Ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with project guidelines.
- Reporting on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely way.
- Management of data templates
- Generation of client reporting and data dashboards
- Trouble-shooting user issues
- Managing user access and maintaining data security
- Archiving workflows
Skills & Attributes of the Strategic Applications Analyst
- A good understanding of workflow and automation tools preferred including (but not limited to):
- ShareDo (desirable)
- JIRA,
- Neota logic
- Contract Express (desirable)
- DocuSign (desirable)
- A good understanding of Microsoft O365 including Excel (preferred), Teams, SharePoint and Power BI
- Knowledge of agile project management
- A solutions-oriented, “can-do” approach to problem solving and service delivery.
- Ability to prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- The ability to quickly identify a problem and develop sound, defensible solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, learning new skills and being part of the future of legal technology
