AI Developer with International Law Firm

An international law firm is seeking a skilled AI Developer to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. This firm operates in over 30 countries and has built a reputation for innovation, turning technology, insight, and talent into ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities of an AI Developer

• Build intelligent and efficient bots (attended & unattended) for process automation using the latest RPA tools
• Develop and implement suitable solution concepts using automation tools and AI technologies
• Support citizen developers with technical questions about automation issues
• Their experiences will be incorporated into the governance of global Citizen Developer concept
• You are in constant exchange with internal and external experts on innovative topics and developments related to artificial intelligence
• Support the evaluation and selection of the latest technologies and their fit with the company and work closely with our process analysts for intelligent automation

Required Skills for an AI Developer

• Successfully completed degree (e.g. (business) IT, engineering) or training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of process automation
• Relevant experience with RPA and low code development in the UiPath and/or Power Platform environment is an advantage
• You are interested in creative problem solving and are enthusiastic about innovative technologies
• You convince through your own initiative and an analytical mindset
• A hands-on mentality is a given for you
• You have an eye for the essentials and the ability to automate complex business processes in a structured and efficient manner
