This leading international Professional Services group operating in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, boasts a strong track record of delivering high quality services to a blue-chip portfolio of clients in some of the fastest growing markets in the world. Ongoing expansion has created a new opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager. This is a creative and innovative role to drive the eDiscovery team and upskill and empower colleagues to utilise new products.
Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Project Manager
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Workflow Oversight: Supervise the collections process, design workflows, and manage all steps to production, under guidance from senior team members.
- Team Supervision: Oversee review team members, ensuring quality control and adherence to key deadlines at all project stages.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal legal teams to review and implement key decisions regarding workflows and processes.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed progress updates and reports for internal legal teams and clients.
- Budget Management: Develop fee estimates, manage project budgets, track financials accurately, and provide regular reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Development: Identify growth opportunities within the team, deliver platform demonstrations, and develop customized workspaces and workflows for specific mandates.
- Leadership Support: Keep senior team members informed on all stages of the project to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in eDiscovery project management.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms like Relativity.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage review teams and monitor their outputs effectively.
- Multitasking: Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
