The Company hiring a Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst
- Deliver financial analysis - Compile and interpret financial data to support appraisals, profitability reviews and trend reporting across the business.
- Produce reporting deliverables - Manage the timely and accurate production of monthly reporting packs for the finance business partnering team.
- Present financial insight - Prepare high-quality presentations for practice, sector and client audiences, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Own finance systems expertise - Act as a subject matter expert on finance systems and models, partnering with leadership and outsourced providers to keep them fit for purpose.
- Support budgeting and planning - Contribute to the annual budget process, quarterly reforecasts and wider financial education initiatives across stakeholder groups.
Skills & Attributes of the Finance Analyst
- Part-qualified accountant - Recently or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA with a solid grounding in finance and accounting principles.
- Commercial analysis experience - Proven track record of financial analysis and modelling within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Advanced Excel skills - Highly proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
- Confident communicator - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient and self-motivated - Able to work under pressure while remaining calm, focused and driven to deliver.
