Key Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Operations Manager
● Financial performance oversight - Partner with finance stakeholders to monitor departmental profitability, billing performance and budget planning.
● People strategy leadership - Drive workforce planning, wellbeing and engagement initiatives to ensure the department is well resourced and supported.
● Lateral hiring and integration - Support senior recruitment processes and oversee the successful integration of new partner and director hires.
● Business development support - Work alongside leadership to track client relationships, feedback programmes and departmental strategy execution.
● Operational and change management - Champion technology adoption, process improvement and governance across departmental operations.
