A leading international law firm with a strong focus on innovation and client service is seeking a Solutions Manager to join its Solutions team. The role supports the delivery of legal services through structured project management, improving efficiency, transparency and value for clients. The team operates across the UK and Europe, combining legal expertise with technology and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Technology Solutions Manager

 
  • Lead AI innovation initiatives - Identify business needs and use cases for AI through stakeholder engagement. Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage client accounts and relationships - Support the leadership and development of key client accounts, including those within the firm’s top client portfolio. Build credibility and identify opportunities to expand solutions and services.
  • Deliver client-facing solutions - Lead and support the delivery of solutions for clients and internal teams. Oversee implementation, ensure adoption and manage ongoing performance and enhancements.
  • Oversee solution development lifecycle - Contribute to the design, build and configuration of technology solutions, including automation tools and document generation. Ensure thorough testing and manage continuous improvement roadmaps.
  • Promote solutions and support growth - Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to demonstrate available solutions. Contribute to marketing materials, case studies and industry events to support business development.

Skills & Attributes of the Legal Technology Solutions Manager
 
  • Experience with AI technologies - Demonstrates experience applying AI solutions to solve business problems, ideally within legal services environments. Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Technical and automation expertise - Possesses experience working with workflow, automation tools and technology platforms. Able to adopt new technologies and develop subject matter expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - Builds effective relationships with senior stakeholders and clients. Confident leading discussions and understanding complex requirements.
  • Client-focused and commercially aware - Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes. Understands the importance of value, efficiency and service delivery.
  • Innovative and resilient mindset - Works collaboratively and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
