A Legal Tech Support Analyst is sought by a leading business services group with an enviable portfolio of FTSE 100 and Blue Chip clients. This organisation offers a broad range of services across international offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ambitious growth plans and continued profitable expansion within all markets and regions has created a new opportunity for a Legal Tech Support Analyst to join the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Tech Support Analyst

• Monitoring the team mailbox and being the first point of contact for queries
• Assisting users to resolve queries, escalating to others in the team where required
• Providing admin support for the Product Managers
• Regular user and project archiving
• Configuring basic client sites/projects
• Becoming a subject matter expert on all of the tools managed by our team (we use software such as HighQ, AI platforms & Litera Transact)Monitoring usage of software and assisting in analysing data captured by various solutions, including monthly reporting
• Helping to support with the upskilling of both internal and external clients to ensure they experience the value and benefits of technology
