This high-growth, VC-backed technology business is looking for a BI Analyst to join their expanding team. With data at the heart of their decision-making, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious analyst to develop skills in business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven insight.

As BI Analyst, you’ll support the business with reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help shape strategy in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities of the BI Analyst

  • Build reporting and dashboards - Develop and maintain BI reports that bring clarity to financial and operational performance.

  • Analyse and interpret data - Deliver insights that identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.

  • Support decision-making - Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven answers.

  • Maintain data quality - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems.

  • Contribute to improvements - Suggest and implement new approaches to improve reporting efficiency and impact.

Skills & Attributes of the BI Analyst

  • Relevant experience - Strong background as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar, ideally in a fast-moving business.

  • Technical toolkit - Confident with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel/SQL.

  • Strong communicator - Able to explain complex data in a simple, commercial way.

  • Collaborative mindset - Enjoys working across functions to deliver value from data.

  • Ambitious to grow - Keen to expand skills and take on greater responsibility in BI and data.
