About Mark

​Mark joined Harcourt Matthews in 2004 as a naive and bright-eyed Northerner. Initially working in the newly established “Temps” division of Harcourt Matthews before launching a specialist Part-Qualified and Qualified Finance Division focused on London and the Home Counties. As he followed his relationships, this led him into some unique and unexpected opportunities including the recruitment of an entire new Sports Media company in LATAM (recruiting Director roles across Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay).

Mark was part of the MBO alongside Heather in 2020 (what a time to become a company owner) where he has continued to push Senior Finance and Executive recruitment across a number of different sectors.

A long-lapsed Manchester United and Stockport County fan, he now spends his spare time tinkering with his smart-home set-up and ferrying his family from one club to another.
