We’re looking for a Relationship Manager with a strong relationship-management focus to champion innovative tech solutions that enhance how clients and colleagues experience professional services.

This is an opportunity to shape impactful products from the ground up within a collaborative, future-focused organisation committed to digital transformation.

You’ll join a well-established firm recognised for using technology to elevate service delivery across sectors such as finance, energy, and real estate. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams—ensuring needs are understood, expectations are managed, and solutions create real, measurable value. You’ll partner with internal users to build productive relationships, embed new tools, and ensure their long-term success.

Key Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager

  • Serve as the central relationship manager for product stakeholders—proactively building trust, gathering insights, and ensuring their needs shape product direction.

  • Deliver product initiatives aligned with the organisation’s technology and efficiency strategy.

  • Lead and contribute to productivity-enhancing projects that support business objectives.

  • Promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of digital solutions across teams through strong communication and engagement.

  • Develop deep expertise in relevant tools and act as an adviser to stakeholders on how to use them effectively.

  • Manage a varied workload, including coordinating sprints and development activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Track product performance, usage, and feedback—surfacing trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear product features and user stories, overseeing design, testing, and implementation.

  • Work closely with teams such as IT, Risk, Knowledge, and Marketing to ensure smooth delivery, alignment, and maximum value.

  • Ensure all products meet compliance, security, procurement, and quality standards.

  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved support issues, building confidence through timely and transparent communication.

Skills & Attributes of the Relationship Manager

  • Proven experience in technology platforms or product solutions, ideally within professional services.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.

  • Relevant certifications or professional qualifications are advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Exposure to business analysis or project management is desirable.

  • Experience supporting proposals or client engagements is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a partnership or multi-stakeholder environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and personalities.

Applications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.
