About Heather
Heather joined Harcourt Matthews in 2003 initially to recruit clerical to part qualified finance roles in the North London area. This very quickly expanded and Heather ended up with large scale clients and it was early 2004 when Heather visited a Magic Circle law firm for the first time. Heather saw a niche developing in 2017 and expanded her desk to consult on the set up and recruitment of new Legal Project Management roles.
Heather and Mark bought Harcourt Matthews in 2020 and she has continued to develop the recruitment of Business Operations roles.
Outside of work Heather can be found in the gym, on a bike or off on some crazy adventure overseas telling her family it’s “good to get off the beaten track”.
