Join a forward-thinking, award-winning international law firm where innovation, collaboration, and client service are at the heart of everything we do. Osborne Clarke is widely recognised for its sector expertise across digital business, energy, financial services, life sciences, real estate, and retail – advising many of the world’s most recognisable brands.

We are now looking for an Innovation Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver outstanding, technology-enabled client experiences. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a background in legal, professional services, or consultancy who thrives at the intersection of technology, project delivery, and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities of the Innovation Manager

·        Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through new ways of working and the adoption of legal tech and AI-powered solutions.

·        Solution Design & Innovation: Translate complex client or legal team challenges into streamlined, practical solutions. You’ll combine process improvement, technology, and human insight to co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact.

·        Technology & Data Enablement: Identify, shape and deliver use cases for technology (including GenAI) across our practice groups and client matters. Stay on top of emerging trends and champion a culture of innovation across the firm.

·        Project Management & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client and internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

·        Enablement & Change Leadership: Design and deliver workshops, training, and communications to support adoption of new tools and processes – both internally and with clients. Help lead cultural and behavioural change around legal tech adoption.

Skills & Attributes of the Innovatio Manager

·        Proven experience applying generative AI or legal tech solutions within legal or professional services environments.

·        Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.

·        A consultative, problem-solving approach, and the ability to design practical solutions that meet real-world business needs.

·        Experience in project management – comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a structured and calm approach.

·        Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and influence adoption of new technology and processes.

·        Understanding of legal processes and the commercial context of law firms.

·        Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to challenge the status quo and try new things – even when they don’t go perfectly the first time.
