We're looking for a Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative tech solutions that improve how clients experience professional services. This is a great opportunity to shape products from the ground up in a collaborative, forward-thinking business with a strong focus on digital transformation.
You’ll join a well-established firm known for using technology to improve service delivery across sectors like finance, energy, and real estate. As a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and embed digital tools that make a real impact for productivity for internal users.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Owner
· Deliver product initiatives aligned with the organisation’s technology and efficiency strategy.
· Lead and contribute to projects that enhance productivity and support business objectives.
· Promote awareness and adoption of technology solutions across teams.
· Develop strong expertise in relevant tools and support stakeholders in using them effectively.
· Manage a varied workload, including coordinating team sprints and development activities.
· Monitor product usage and performance, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities.
· Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
· Define, design, test, and implement new tools or features that improve efficiency and user experience.
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Risk, Knowledge, Marketing) to ensure successful delivery and maximise value.
· Ensure products meet compliance, security, procurement, and quality standards.
· Act as an escalation point for unresolved support issues and ensure timely resolution.
Skills & Attributes of the Product Owner
· Experience working with technology platforms or product solutions, ideally in a professional services environment.
· Relevant certifications or professional qualifications are advantageous.
· Familiarity with delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and product ownership is beneficial.
· Exposure to business analysis or project management is desirable.
· Experience contributing to proposals or client engagements is a plus.
· Ability to work effectively in a partnership or multi-stakeholder environment.
