A leading international law firm is looking for a Legal Process Improvement Manager to join a high-performing, close-knit team focused on innovation, service delivery and transformation.

With a strong global presence and reputation for excellence, this firm is committed to rethinking how legal services are delivered—leveraging technology, talent and insight to drive long-term change.

In this role, you’ll work across practice groups and collaborate with innovation, legal tech and delivery specialists to improve how legal work is delivered. You’ll lead end-to-end improvement projects, drive adoption, and help embed lasting cultural and operational change.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Process Improvement Manager

 
  • Leading legal process improvement projects across multiple service lines
  • Facilitating workshops, mapping current processes and identifying areas for optimisation
  • Building business cases and securing senior stakeholder buy-in
  • Designing and piloting new ways of working with legal, innovation and delivery teams
  • Measuring success and driving adoption across the business

Skills & Attributes of the Legal Process Improvement Manager
 
  • Strong consultancy or internal transformation experience in legal or professional services
  • Proven delivery of process improvement and change management projects
  • Lean Six Sigma training (Black Belt desirable)
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with legal teams and cross-functional groups
