A role is available for a Change Manager responsible for the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans to maximise team adoption and minimise resistance. This global Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery, streamlining processes and providing cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Change Manager
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across the business
- Define and lead a comprehensive change impact assessment to ensure business readiness
- Integrate clear change management activities into the overall programme plan
- Work closely with the other internal teams to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training
- Ensure engagement of key stakeholders and awareness of change activities / participation across the programme
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support and engage senior leaders, coach managers and supervisors
Skills & Attributes of the Change Manager
- 5 years + experience with large-scale global organisational change projects
- Obtained a recognised Change Management certification
- Experience of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in key business programmes
- A solid understanding of how people/teams go through a change and the change process
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
