You will work with legal departments to achieve efficiencies and increase the value they deliver. Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director
- Delivery of strategy, transformation and operational improvement projects to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and programme objectives
- Leading projects or workstreams as part of larger programmes you will deliver operational redesign and transformation projects to major clients and build our expertise this area
- Being part of the sales process, helping to develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Managing the performance and development of more junior staff and leading diverse teams within an inclusive team culture
- Expand and improve service offering focused on legal department efficiency, ranging from operating model review and redesign through to transformation and outsourcing
Skills & Attributes of the Associate Director
- Degree or similar qualification and able to demonstrate a passion for personal development, project or change management qualification is highly desirable – Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci or other
- Proven experience shaping and managing complex change and transformation projects
- Excellent understanding of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal department
- Proven line management and team leadership skills
- You will have experience within Management Consultancy, legal services, or an inhouse legal team, any experience with legal or contract management projects is ideal
