A qualified Client Commercial Finance Manager is sought by a leading professional services group with an enviable portfolio of FTSE 100 and Blue Chip clients. This organization offers a broad range of services across international offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ambitious growth plans and continued profitable expansion within all markets and regions has created a new opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the team. Providing support to the Partners and Functional Heads, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Commercial Finance Manager

 

  • Lead pricing strategy development – Partner with stakeholders to shape profitable, flexible, and client-aligned pricing models.

  • Deliver commercial support – Collaborate with Departmental and Regional Heads to improve profitability across key sectors and client accounts.

  • Train stakeholders on pricing – Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training in pricing, commercial strategy, and revenue optimisation.

  • Support business development – Work with BD leads to construct fee arrangements, discounts, and commercial terms for new business acquisition.

  • Produce financial insight – Prepare detailed analyses and commentary to inform strategic decisions across departments and regions.


Skills & Attributes of the Client Commercial Finance Manager
 

  • Strong stakeholder management – Proven ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders under pressure in a commercial context.

  • Extensive commercial finance experience – Background in business partnering or pricing within a professional services environment is highly valued.

  • Exceptional communication skills – Able to articulate complex financial matters clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical & problem-solving mindset – Commercial acumen to anticipate issues and develop practical solutions proactively.

  • Advanced financial modelling expertise – High proficiency in Excel and the ability to create innovative and effective financial models.
