An eDiscovery Senior Technical Specialist is sought by this leading global professional services firm. You’ll play a key role in improving how client projects are delivered by streamlining operations, enhancing service quality, and driving long-term efficiency across global matters.
This is a high-impact role working closely with partners, clients, and internal business teams to identify what can work better and lead practical, strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Senior Technical Specialist
· Oversee quality and project delivery - Ensure all eDiscovery projects meet defined quality standards, from initial planning through to completion, maintaining full accountability for process integrity.
· Provide technical and project leadership - Manage workflows, resourcing, and timelines across multiple global matters, collaborating closely with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance and data security - Maintain adherence to firm-wide procedures, security protocols, and financial disciplines including time recording and billing accuracy.
· Develop and mentor team members - Lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance, supporting professional growth and encouraging innovation within the team.
· Drive global collaboration and improvement - Promote cross-regional knowledge sharing, refine operational processes, and contribute to the continuous development of best practices.
Skills & Attributes of the eDiscovery Senior Technical Specialist
· Expert Relativity proficiency - Recognised as a Relativity Master with advanced knowledge of system administration, analytics, and security management.
· Extensive eDiscovery experience - At least eight years in eDiscovery roles, ideally with experience leading teams in a legal or professional services environment.
· Strong technical and analytical acumen - Skilled in managing end-to-end Relativity environments, leveraging TAR, machine learning, and GenAI tools for complex investigations.
· Process and performance focus - Experienced in developing, documenting, and enforcing best practices for data processing, document review, and case management.
· Collaborative and proactive mindset - Committed to sharing expertise, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring the continuous advancement of both team capability and client outcomes.
