An international law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Operation Lead to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. This firm operates in over 30 countries and has built a reputation for innovation, turning technology, insight, and talent into ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities of Finance Systems Operation Lead
- Act as “Go To” person for all key Finance Systems used by the Finance Team and other key stakeholders.
- Keeping documentation of key setups and known issues up to date
- Support Finance team and senior management team with 3E data extraction either direct from 3E or via Microsoft Reporting Services, including analysis and presentation utilising ad-hoc reports, SQL queries, design, and creation of new automated reports
- Lead training initiatives for the Finance team and the wider business.
Required Skills of Finance Systems Operation Lead
- Extensive experience of Elite 3E
- Extensive experience of SQL Server (incl advanced data interrogation techniques).
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Power BI
- Experience with BI Solutions
- Strong track record of supporting data analysis requirements of the wider business through creation of new user-friendly reports and ad-hoc data queries.
- Excellent knowledge of practice management systems and other key tools used by Finance Teams.
