We’re looking for a Product Owner to help shape and deliver digital tools used by our clients. You'll lead the development of smart, user-friendly tech solutions that solve real problems and enhance the client experience.
You’ll be joining a large, forward-thinking professional services firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to innovation—especially in how it uses technology to support clients across sectors like energy, finance, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Owner
· Own the development of digital client tools from idea to launch
· Work closely with clients, lawyers, and tech teams to understand needs and build the right solutions
· Lead sprint planning and manage priorities across multiple projects
· Analyse usage data and feedback to improve adoption and performance
· Help others understand and use digital tools confidently
· Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business standards
· Act as the go-to person when issues arise
Skills & Attributes of the Product Owner
· Experience working with digital products, platforms, or legal tech tools
· Strong technical skills and the ability to explain tech clearly
· An interest in solving problems and making complex systems easier to use
· Ideally, experience in agile delivery, product ownership, or business analysis
· Experience in high performing teams, professional services or client-focused environments
