A Senior Projects & Innovation Advisor is sought by this leading law firm to ensure that new technology or processes are adopted effectively and efficiently across the firm. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Projects & Innovation Advisor

 

·        Support the Projects & Innovation leadership team in delivering firm-wide strategic initiatives.

·        Lead or manage change projects from planning through to implementation.

·        Use data and analysis to inform decisions and measure project success.

·        Identify and deliver opportunities for process improvement and business transformation.

·        Build strong relationships across the firm to understand goals and align change activity.

·        Coach and support colleagues to develop project and innovation capabilities.

·        Apply best-practice methodologies in project management, process design, and change management.

·        Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

Skills & Attributes of the Senior Projects & Innovation Advisor

 

·        Experience in project management, business analysis, or change delivery.

·        Proven success in stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable process improvements.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. SWOT, process mapping).

·        Professional qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) desirable but not essential.

·        Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching ability.

·        Commercial awareness and familiarity with legal technology.

·        Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to drive improvement and innovation.
