This is an opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to shape meaningful digital products from the ground up. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are understood, adoption is successful, and solutions consistently support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager
Champions stakeholder relationships - Acts as the primary relationship manager, building trust, gathering insights and ensuring stakeholder needs directly influence product direction.
Drives product delivery and adoption - Supports the rollout of digital solutions by shaping features, overseeing user stories and coordinating design, testing and implementation activities.
Promotes digital engagement - Communicates effectively across teams to raise awareness, embed new tools and encourage long-term adoption that enhances productivity.
Collaborates across functions - Works closely with IT, Risk, Knowledge and Marketing to ensure alignment, smooth delivery and adherence to compliance, security and procurement standards.
Monitors performance and resolves issues - Tracks product usage, identifies trends, escalates issues appropriately and provides clear, timely feedback to maintain confidence and service quality.
Skills & Attributes of the Relationship Manager
Background in technology or product solutions - Experience supporting digital platforms or technology-led initiatives, ideally within professional services.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management - Confident building relationships, influencing decisions and communicating with clarity across varied audiences.
Knowledge of delivery methodologies - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, with exposure to business analysis or project management.
Analytical and solutions focused - Comfortable interpreting feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and shaping requirements into actionable features.
Organised and adaptable - Able to manage competing priorities in a partnership-based environment while maintaining a calm, collaborative approach.
