Due to continued growth and success, this international law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to join them. This award-winning firm is known for being welcoming and supportive of their employees – business services and lawyers / trainees alike. Known for being international legal experts in sectors such as digital business, energy, financial services, life sciences, real estate, retail and more, they have represented many household names. Having also won an award for Best Law Firm for Legal Tech, we’re looking for a confident and collaborative Client Solutions Manager to take a hands-on role managing some of the firms most important client relationships. Whether you’re from a consulting background or the legal world, this is a great opportunity to step into a role that blends project delivery, client strategy, and innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Solutions Manager
 
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Take ownership of a group of key client accounts, helping to shape and grow relationships. Some clients will already be working with our solutions, while others will need fresh ideas and strategic input. You'll help build trust and credibility from the outset.
 
  • Project Delivery:
    Oversee the delivery of complex projects, using smart tools and digital solutions to make work more efficient and outcomes more consistent.
 
  • Client Engagement & Promotion:
    Be the face of our services—presenting solutions, running demos, and leading conversations with both existing and prospective clients. You’ll also support marketing initiatives such as case studies and may represent the team at external events and conferences.
 
  • Team Leadership:
    Take your leadership skills further by managing one or two team members. You’ll receive full support and training to grow your capabilities as a people manager.
 
  • Technology Implementation:
    Work with digital collaboration and workflow tools to build tailored solutions for clients. No need to be a developer—just someone who’s confident picking up new platforms and making them work in a practical, results-focused way.

Skills & Attributes of the Client Solutions Manager
 
  • A strong track record of managing client relationships, ideally in a consulting or professional services setting.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering complex projects—whether legal, operational, or business-focused.
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys working with technology and isn’t afraid to experiment or adapt.
  • Confident working with workflow or automation tools—or excited to learn.
  • Resilient and resourceful when facing challenges, with a calm approach to solving problems.
  • An interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and finding better ways of working.
  • A team player who brings energy and support to those around them.
