A leading global professional services firm is hiring an eDiscoveryManager to join its London-based team. You’ll play a key role in improving how client projects are delivered, streamlining operations, enhancing service quality, and driving long-term efficiency across global matters.
This is a high-impact role working closely with partners, clients, and internal business teams to identify what can work better and lead practical, strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Manager
· Global eDiscovery advisory support - Provides high-quality consulting and technical advice to contentious practices globally on eDiscovery and related LegalTech tools, ensuring effective matter delivery.
· Delivery standards and compliance - Ensures adherence to best practice eDiscovery processes, quality control, and global policies across divisions and regions.
· Client engagement and optimisation - Liaises directly with clients to enhance satisfaction and ensure matter optimisation practices align with client requirements.
· Project delivery oversight - Ensures appropriate project management, supervision, and participation across all engagements from inception through to completion.
· Policy, process and innovation leadership - Develops global policies, resource allocation approaches, and new workstreams in collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Gen AI use cases.
Skills & Attributes of the eDiscovery Manager
· Extensive eDiscovery leadership experience - Demonstrates significant experience driving matter optimisation and eDiscovery best practices across regions within a global professional services environment.
· Technical subject matter expertise - Possesses deep knowledge of Relativity administration, including security, performance monitoring, data processing, review, and production workflows.
· Project and team management capability - Proven ability to oversee multiple LegalTech projects while managing high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
· Change and improvement mindset - Skilled in identifying, implementing, and embedding change initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
· Commercial and strategic awareness - Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and service delivery models within the legal sector, with a focus on continuous improvement.
