Key Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Innovation Business Partner
· Lead priority initiatives - Own high-impact innovation initiatives and pilots, securing stakeholder buy-in and driving adoption across the firm.
· Partner with key stakeholders - Act as a trusted consultant to legal teams, business services and clients, translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
· Develop innovation capability - Coach and support Innovation Business Partners and Legal Technologists to build skills and consistent delivery approaches.
· Prototype technology solutions - Evaluate and develop solutions using AI, automation, analytics and no or low code platforms, working closely with Technology teams and vendors.
· Drive change and adoption - Design and deliver training and change activities to support successful rollout and sustained use of new solutions.
Skills & Attributes of the Senior Legal Innovation Business Partner
· Background in law, innovation, legal technology, consultancy or a comparable professional services environment.
· Strong ability to assess legal processes and convert challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
· Confidence to influence, educate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
· Knowledge of AI, automation, legal technology platforms and emerging digital trends.
· Proactive, resilient and comfortable driving change within complex and evolving environments.
