Are you ready to take the lead and build something that reflects your expertise? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on eDiscovery professional to create and grow a new team, own the full EDRM lifecycle, and deliver innovative, efficient solutions across high-profile matters.
This leading international Professional Services group operating in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, boasts a strong track record of delivering high quality services to a blue-chip portfolio of clients in some of the fastest growing markets in the world. Supporting the development of the Litigation Technology practice group has created a new opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Senior Manager
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing eDiscovery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with top-tier legal professionals, clients, and consultants to manage and document evidentiary materials critical to high-stakes cases
- Design and implement smart, scalable document management systems tailored to each engagement’s unique needs
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of document production, applying your deep knowledge of eDiscovery and the EDRM lifecycle
- Build and customise review databases to support legal teams with faster, more effective document analysis
- Establish and optimise workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in document review
- Transform data across platforms, maintaining quality and consistency to ensure seamless review experiences
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet high technical and quality standards, keeping projects on time and on budget
- Deliver expert training on litigation support tools, empowering legal teams to use technology more effectively
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
- Act as a trusted advisor to legal teams, helping them apply technology to streamline complex cases
- Use hands-on technical expertise to solve challenges and implement cutting-edge solutions for managing legal data
Skills & Attributes of the eDiscovery Manager
- A strong academic foundation, ideally with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Law
- Hands-on experience with leading eDiscovery tools, especially Relativity One (preferred but not essential)
- Deep understanding of forensics and the full eDiscovery lifecycle, with the confidence to lead on technical strategy and execution
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for legal teams and clients
- A commitment to confidentiality and integrity, especially when handling sensitive client data
- A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong decision-making ability, with a creative approach to solving challenges under pressure
- Leadership qualities, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance
