Key Responsibilities of the Innovation Manager

·        Lead transformation – design and execute the firm’s innovation strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and building momentum for change.

·        Drive adoption of new tech – from AI tools to workflow automation, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity and client service.

Skills & Attributes of the Innovation Manager

 

·        Proven experience in legal innovation, technology, or transformation, ideally within a law firm or professional services.

·        Strong ability to inspire, influence, and deliver change across diverse teams.

·        Knowledge of AI, legal tech platforms, and process optimisation.

·        Excellent communication skills – able to bridge the gap between lawyers, technologists, and clients.
