£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus & excellent benefits
We’re supporting a growing Legal Project Management (LPM) team who deliver legal work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. We’re looking for a proactive Senior Legal Project Analyst with strong coordination and project delivery experience to work closely with experienced project managers and legal teams, you’ll help ensure matters run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Project Analyst
- Coordinating project activities, from setting agendas and scheduling meetings to tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Assisting with resource planning and onboarding activities
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions to keep projects on track
- Preparing status updates, financial reports, and client-facing documentation
- Supporting post-project reviews and sharing lessons learned
- Helping embed best practices, tools, and processes that improve the way the firm delivers work
- Acting as a point of contact across teams and regions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
Skills & Attributes of the Senior Legal Project Analyst
- 1–2 years’ experience in a project management or operations team, ideally within a large professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence in communicating with colleagues at all levels
- An eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a collaborative, international team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as Visio, Project, or Power BI is a plus (but not essential)
