With a strong UK presence and an expanding Legal Technology team, the firm partners with clients across industries including energy, financial services, and real estate to deliver smarter, tech-enabled legal solutions.
We’re now looking for a Legal Technology Consultant — someone with a consulting mindset, a passion for client success, and a knack for applying technology (particularly low- or no-code tools) to real-world legal and operational challenges.
This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with professional services experience who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, solving problems, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Technology Consultant
- Act as a trusted advisor to legal and corporate clients, understanding their operational needs and recommending practical tech solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of legal technology solutions using modern platforms (e.g., low/no-code tools, automation, AI).
- Manage end-to-end projects — from scoping and planning to implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with lawyers, project managers, technologists, and business teams to embed tools that drive efficiency and value.
- Support the growth of the legal tech consulting practice, contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Represent the firm at external events, workshops, and industry panels.
Skills & Attributes of the Legal Technology Consultant
- Background in consulting, legal operations, or technology delivery — ideally within a law firm, legal service provider, or professional services setting.
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering tech-enabled projects on time and within scope.
- Comfortable working with low- or no-code platforms, workflow tools, or document automation solutions (training can be provided).
- A consultative, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.
- Collaborative and proactive — thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment.
- A genuine interest in legal innovation and helping teams work smarter.
