A Pricing Manager is sought by this global Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, and with a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery, streamlining processes and providing cutting-edge technology solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Pricing Manager

 

·        Advise partners on pricing decisions - Acts as a trusted pricing adviser to partners and practice group leaders to optimise commercial outcomes.

·        Develop pricing strategies and plans - Designs and implements pricing strategies, including rate agreements and alternative fee arrangements.

·        Support RFPs and client pitches - Prepares financial and pricing input for proposals in collaboration with bid and business services teams.

·        Analyse financial and pricing data - Performs modelling, scenario analysis and post-matter reviews to improve decision-making.

·        Lead pricing projects and training - Contributes to firm-wide pricing initiatives, policy development, and delivery of commercial training.

·        Proven legal pricing expertise - Demonstrates significant pricing experience, ideally within law firms or professional services.

·        Commercially focused and results driven - Applies strong commercial judgement to enhance profitability and client value.

·        Clear communication and presentation skills - Explains complex financial information confidently to diverse audiences.
