This leading international law firm has a strong UK presence, and is known for providing high-quality legal advice to clients across sectors including energy, financial services, and real estate. We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Technology Product Specialist to help deliver and grow the use of a key legal technology tool across the firm and to the clients. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and make a real impact on how technology supports legal work.


Key Responsibilities of the Technology Product Specialist
  • Support the rollout and optimisation of a key legal tech product
  • Become a go-to expert on the tool—how it works, what’s possible, and how to meet business needs
  • Work closely with teams to understand their challenges and shape effective tech solutions
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the tool across the firm
  • Help train and upskill users to get the most out of the technology
  • Juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Contribute to upgrades, integrations, and testing to ensure quality
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to maintain best practice

Skills & Attributes of the Technology Product Specialist
 
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a tech-focused role (e.g. product support, business analysis, IT)
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Curious mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and explaining them to others
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
  • Bonus: experience with reporting tools, app building, or e-learning platforms
