This leading international law firm has a strong UK presence, and is known for providing high-quality legal advice to clients across sectors including energy, financial services, and real estate. The firm is recognised for its collaborative approach, innovation in legal technology, and commitment to delivering practical, commercial solutions.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Product Specialist to help deliver and grow the use of a key legal technology tool across the firm and to the clients. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and make a real impact on how technology supports legal work.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Specialist
- Platform adoption and delivery - Support the delivery of the platforms strategy by promoting awareness, driving adoption and embedding solutions into day-to-day practice across the firm.
- Stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Managers, practice groups and clients to support requests including new sites, training, troubleshooting and roadmap delivery.
- Product expertise development - Build and maintain deep knowledge of assigned products, establishing best practice and proactively sharing expertise across technology and practice group teams.
- Solution design and improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance existing products, explore innovative use cases and develop prototypes to support evolving business needs.
- Testing and go-live support - Support development, configuration, user testing and go-live activities, acting as the technical point of contact and feeding enhancements into the product backlog.
Skills & Attributes of the Product Specialist
- Legal technology understanding - Experience or familiarity with legal technology platforms such as HighQ Collaborate or Contract Express, with the ability to quickly develop product expertise.
- Stakeholder communication skills - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving ability - Ability to analyse complex requirements, design practical solutions and estimate delivery effort to support prioritisation and planning.
- Workload and delivery management - Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet time-sensitive deadlines and deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
- Collaborative and compliant approach - Experience working within governance frameworks, collaborating with risk, IT and cyber security teams to ensure solutions are secure and compliant.
