A role is available for a Senior IT Support Analyst with a global Legal Professional Services group. The business operates within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery, streamlining processes and providing cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Support Analyst
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution – Provide expert IT support via phone, remote access, and desk-side visits, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Incident & Problem Management – Identify, investigate, and drive the resolution of major technical issues, maintaining accurate records and contributing to problem review meetings.
- Service & Process Improvement – Continuously enhance support services by identifying efficiencies, documenting knowledge, and driving service improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration & Training – Act as a technical escalation point, sharing expertise with global IT teams, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring best practices across all offices.
- Asset & Account Management – Oversee IT hardware, software, and user account administration, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
