We’re supporting a growing Legal Project Management (LPM) team who deliver legal work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. We’re looking for a proactive Senior Project Analyst with strong coordination and project delivery experience—legal sector background is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Analyst
 
  • Support the delivery of complex client matters by planning, coordinating, and tracking project activity
  • Use project management tools to monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs
  • Work closely with lawyers and clients to ensure efficient communication and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lean, innovative approaches to project workflows
  • Prepare financial reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead individual projects under the guidance of LPM leadership and collaborate across global teams

Skills & Attributes of the Senior Project Analyst
 
  • 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a professional services or corporate environment A strong academic background or formal PM qualification (e.g., APMQ, PMP) is a plus
  • Confidence using tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerBI
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a high-performing, global team
