Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Analyst
- Support the delivery of complex client matters by planning, coordinating, and tracking project activity
- Use project management tools to monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs
- Work closely with lawyers and clients to ensure efficient communication and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lean, innovative approaches to project workflows
- Prepare financial reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Lead individual projects under the guidance of LPM leadership and collaborate across global teams
Skills & Attributes of the Senior Project Analyst
- 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a professional services or corporate environment A strong academic background or formal PM qualification (e.g., APMQ, PMP) is a plus
- Confidence using tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerBI
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a high-performing, global team
