A leading global professional services firm is hiring a Transformation Manager to join its London-based team. You’ll play a key role in improving how client projects are delivered—streamlining operations, enhancing service quality, and driving long-term efficiency across global matters.
This is a high-impact role working closely with partners, clients, and internal business teams to identify what can work better—and lead practical, strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities of the Transformation Manager
· Lead reviews of workflows and operations to identify opportunities for smarter, faster delivery
· Build strong relationships with lawyers, clients, and business teams to embed change
· Design and implement solutions that improve profitability and client experience
· Develop tailored transformation plans for key client teams and service lines
· Use data to track and demonstrate impact, guiding future improvements
· Support and embed new ways of working through change management best practices
· Share knowledge across global teams to drive continuous improvement
Skills & Attributes of the Transformation Manager
· 5+ years of transformation, process improvement or change management experience in a professional services environment (legal sector experience a plus but not required)
· A strategic and practical mindset—you know how to turn ideas into action
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Comfortable with data analysis and performance measurement (Excel essential; Tableau a bonus)
· Experience with project management and/or operational excellence tools is helpful
